Will we get another VR Game? It's likely we could see new information about upcoming releases seeing that Sony won't be at E3 2019. Kicking off around 3PM PT (or 6PM ET), the newest episode of PlayStation State of Play will focus around MediEvil, as well as showcase a brand-new title and even more.

Sony have tonight announced that a new episode of their State of Play stream will be broadcast this week. The presentation will take around 10 minutes and is confirmed to feature an extended look at the upcoming PlayStation 4 remake of MediEvil, as well as the debut of a new title from PlayStation Worldwide Studios. With PlayStation not making an appearance at E3 and no plans for a PlayStation Experience, one has to wonder what Sony's plans are for this year.

Sony promised to reveal an all-new title during the second State of Play episode.

The next episode of PlayStation's State of Play will kick off this Thursday, May 9. Unlike the previous State of Plays, this one will only run 10 minutes and appears to only be focusing on two games. Maybe we will hear more about the PlayStation 5 late next year. Hopefully, it won't get leaked online, like a few announcements have been for the last few months.

State of Play 2 will be watchable live on Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook; the same update also mentions that State of Play 3 will happen sometime in 2019.
