Man Arrested After Taunting Bison At Yellowstone National Park

In a warning message on the National Park Service's official website for Yellowstone National Park, it says, "Wild animals are unpredictable and unsafe". One of those people was Reinke, who rangers drove to Helena, where he was booked into the Yellowstone Jail without bond, according to the National Park Service release. The bison was clearly not amused and charged at the man.

Another person can be heard imploring the man to "Get out of there!"

At one point in the video, the bison charges the man but never appears to gore him. The animals can reportedly run three times faster than people, and are considered unpredictable, because they're, well, wild. These distances safeguard both visitors and the experience of sharing a landscape with thousands of freely-roaming animals. "People who ignore these rules are risking their lives and threatening the park experience for everyone else".

"It is believed that after that traffic stop, Reinke encountered the bison", according to a statement from the U.S.

Just days earlier, Reinke was arrested at Grand Teton National Park in what rangers said was a drunk and disorderly conduct incident. "Every year people are injured when they approach animals too closely".

Google sets some ground rules for notch displays
While we have seen the number of notched Android phones growing increasingly this year, consumers are still divided on the notch. Smartphone makers could go that way in the future, leading to smartphones that are filled with entirely unnecessary notches.

Within the same week two others were attacked by an elk.

"It's illegal to willfully remain near or approach wildlife, including birds, within any distance that disturbs or displaces the animal", states the NPS. "The safest (and often best) view of wildlife is from inside a auto".

Officials said Reinke had been visiting several national parks over the weekend.

'Give animals space when they're near trails, boardwalks, parking lots, or in developed areas.
